Introducing Lesso Courses: Plan Your Entire Course, Generate Lessons When You Need Them
Plan a structured language course, generate lessons one at a time or in batches, and give students one place to follow the whole journey. Batches of three or more save up to 20%.

One course. One learning journey.
Planning an individual lesson is one thing. Planning an entire course is another.
When you teach the same student or class over several weeks or months, every lesson needs to fit into a bigger picture. Topics should build on one another, new vocabulary should connect to previous learning, and activities should support a clear progression.
Courses in Lesso is a way to plan that sequence, generate the lessons when you are ready, and deliver everything to your students in one place.
What is a Lesso Course?
A course is a planned sequence of lessons for one class, with one target language, one proficiency level, and one age group.
Instead of creating every lesson on its own, you describe what you want your students to learn. Lesso then writes a course outline of up to 30 lessons. Each lesson is still a regular Lesso lesson, with its own content and activities.
Course planning and lesson generation happen separately. First you build the outline. Then, when you are ready, you generate the materials — one lesson, a selection, or the rest of the course together. You decide the curriculum and when to spend generation coins.
Step 1: Describe your course
Creating a course starts with a short brief. For example: “Create a 10-lesson B1 English course for adults who want to feel more confident travelling abroad. Focus on practical vocabulary, real-life conversations, and everyday travel situations.”
You then set the target language your students are learning, an optional support language for explanations, the level, the age group, and how many lessons to outline — anywhere from 1 to 30. You can also pin curriculum topics that must appear.
Lesso generates the outline from that brief. A travel English course might include Planning a Trip, Booking Flights and Accommodation, At the Airport, Checking Into a Hotel, and Getting Around a New City.
At this stage you have the lesson list, not the activities. That outline is the foundation you generate from later.
Step 2: Generate lessons when you need them
Open the course page when you want the materials. Generate one lesson for the next class, select several upcoming lessons, or generate every lesson that still needs content.
Each run asks you to choose a regular Lesso lesson or a custom page. The same style applies to every lesson in that run. Regular lessons use Lesso’s interactive blocks, including vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening, and quizzes. A custom page lays the same blocks out as one page.
Speaking rooms stay a separate form of speaking practice. Homework is assigned on its own and is not generated as a lesson page.
You do not have to generate the whole course in one sitting. Build the curriculum first, then prepare the materials at your own pace.
Step 3: Save up to 20% with batch generation
Generating several lessons together costs less. The discount applies to the total generation cost of that batch.
One or two lessons stay at the standard generation cost. Three or four lessons are 10% off. Five to nine lessons are 15% off. Ten or more lessons are 20% off.
Lesson content still uses Lesso block coins, so the price depends on the activities in each lesson.
A custom page adds a page fee on top of those blocks. One custom page is 5 extra Lesso coins. When you generate two or more custom pages in the same run, the page fee is 2 coins per page. The first image on a custom page is drawn with the page, so that image is not charged separately.
Step 4: Publish and share with students
A course is also where your students follow the journey. When it is ready, publish it and invite students by email.
Invited students find the course in their Courses list and open each lesson or speaking room from there. You keep one course instead of a separate link for every class.
Who Lesso Courses is for
Courses is for language teachers who work with students over time and want the lessons to add up to a curriculum.
Independent tutors can plan a sequence around one student’s goal, whether that is conversation, business communication, or exam preparation.
Teachers with several groups can keep each class organized by language, level, and age.
Teachers building a program can shape a course around one goal, such as Travel English, Business English, everyday conversation, or grammar.
Teachers who like to prepare ahead can outline the whole course once, then generate lessons in batches instead of rebuilding the plan every week.
