Community Guidelines

Rules for sharing lessons on Explore and participating in the teacher community.

Last updated: March 26, 2026

Purpose

Explore and related sharing features let teachers discover and reuse lesson ideas. These guidelines keep the community useful, safe, and fair.

Sharing lessons

  • Share only lessons you created or have rights to distribute.
  • Describe lessons accurately (level, topic, and content warnings where appropriate).
  • Do not share answer keys or student personal data in public materials.
  • You may unlist or stop sharing a lesson at any time unless a copy was already saved to another teacher's library (existing copies may remain).

Quality and originality

  • Avoid spam listings, duplicate uploads, or misleading titles designed to game discovery.
  • Do not plagiarize other teachers, publishers, or commercial courseware.
  • AI-assisted lessons are welcome; clearly label unusual or experimental content when helpful.

Ratings and reviews

If we offer ratings, reviews, or comments, participate constructively. Do not post harassment, fake reviews, or coordinated manipulation.

Credits and rewards

Explore library rewards and referral bonuses must not be farmed through fake accounts, self-referrals, or automated scripts. We may revoke credits obtained through abuse.

Students and classrooms

Community features are for teachers. Do not encourage students to access teacher-only areas or to post in teacher discovery surfaces.

Enforcement

Violations may result in delisting, loss of sharing privileges, or account action under our Acceptable Use Policy. Report concerns to support@lesso.me.
