Lesso for Miro is live — teach from your board

Miro is where so many classrooms already plan, brainstorm, and share work. Until now, Lesso lessons lived in their own workspace—and teachers had to bounce between tabs to bring that experience onto a board. Today that gap closes.

The Lesso for Miro plugin is officially live for everyone. Install it on any Miro board, connect your Lesso teacher account once, and place full interactive lessons onto the canvas. Students and teachers can collaborate around the same desks, frames, and sticky notes they already use—while the lesson itself stays live, styled, and ready to teach.

Connect once — From the Lesso panel in Miro, sign in with your teacher account. Your published lessons appear in the plugin so you are not re-uploading files or copying links by hand.

Add to board — Pick a lesson and place a live embed on the canvas. The lesson keeps its Lesso look and behavior: students work through blocks the way they would in a normal Lesso session, right inside Miro.

Stay on one canvas — Arrange lesson embeds next to instructions, vocabulary banks, group roles, or exit tickets. Miro stays the shared workspace; Lesso powers the interactive lesson.

Teach and collaborate together — Teachers facilitate from the board. Students join the Miro desk or frame you share, open the embedded lesson, and work alongside classmates—questions, notes, and follow-ups can live on the same board.

Many ESL and language teams already run warm-ups, group roles, and project walls in Miro. Switching to a separate lesson player mid-class breaks flow: new tabs, new logins, lost attention.

With Lesso for Miro, the lesson is part of the board. You can prepare a desk per pair, pin a speaking prompt beside the embed, or leave sticky feedback after students finish a task—without leaving the visual workspace your students already understand.

It also helps hybrid and remote classes: one Miro link becomes the meeting place and the lesson place. Less “where do I click?” and more “open the board and start.”

Set up the board — Create frames or desks for the whole class, small groups, or 1:1 sessions. Drop the Lesso lesson embed into each frame that needs the activity.

Share the board — Invite students to the Miro board (or a view/edit link you already use). They see the same layout you prepared: instructions, timers, and the live Lesso lesson.

Work the lesson — Students complete interactive blocks inside the embed—reading, tasks, listening, speaking prompts—while the surrounding Miro space stays available for brainstorming, vocabulary dumps, or peer feedback.

Facilitate live — Teachers can watch progress, move between desks, leave comments on the board, and jump into the lesson when someone needs help. Collaboration happens on Miro; the pedagogy stays powered by Lesso.

Reuse and remix — Save board templates for recurring lesson shapes (stations, speaking circles, exam warm-ups). Swap the Lesso lesson embed next week without rebuilding the whole layout.

Published Lesso lessons — Browse lessons from your teacher library in the plugin panel and add them as live embeds.

Full lesson experience — Students get the interactive lesson UI (blocks, tasks, media)—not a static screenshot or PDF export.

Create in Lesso, teach in Miro — Generate or edit lessons in your Lesso admin as usual, then place the published version on the board when class starts.

Install from Miro — Anyone can add the app from the Miro install flow; then connect Lesso and start placing lessons.

1. Open Add to board from Miro (or visit miro.lesso.me and use the install CTA).

2. Approve the Lesso app for your Miro team/board.

3. Open the Lesso panel from the Miro toolbar and connect your teacher account.

4. Choose a published lesson and click Add to board—then place it on a desk or frame.

Tip: Prepare the board before class with one embed per group. At the start of the lesson, share the board link and guide students to their frame.
